What to Expect in a Session
Each session begins with a gentle conversation with the parent or caregiver — sharing what the child is moving through and setting a gentle intention for the work.
Distance healing can help your child feel less anxious and overwhelmed; sleep more peacefully; release big emotions that are hard to name; feel more settled, grounded and at ease; reconnect with a sense of safety and calm.
Your Session May Include
- A gentle check-in with you (the parent or caregiver)
- Intuitive scanning of your child’s energy body
- Reiki to restore flow and release emotional blockages
- Dowsing to identify areas of imbalance
- Crystal energy work (distance)
- Grounding and closing techniques
- Intuitive guidance shared with the parent after the session
How Does Distance Healing Work?
Distance healing works on the principle that energy is not bound by physical location. Just as we can feel the warmth of the sun from far away, healing energy can be directed with intention — gently and effectively — regardless of where your child is.
Lyndall works intuitively to connect with your child’s energy, identifying and gently releasing what may be holding them back. Your child is completely unaware of the healing process — they don’t need to do anything at all, the healing is completed using a photo and date of birth.
